The helicopters are completely inspired by the dragonfly, with their flight style and balance system. The tail design of the helicopter and the location of its center of mass are produced by examining the dragonfly. Additionally, researchers discovered that the cells on the dragonfly's wings are denser in the direction of flight and sparser in the back.
